We offer structured, supportive tasks that form part of the daily running of our social enterprise. Our team helps to unpack stock, prepare orders, pack parcels, and post items to customers. These activities provide routine, responsibility, and pride — all while supporting our ethical retail store.

We carefully source Fair Trade, sustainable, and characterful products from small businesses and trusted makers. Every order is prepared with care by our young people, turning everyday purchases into opportunities for growth, connection, and independence.
